# What customers say, and where to read it

There are no reviews on this page, on purpose. Reviews that a business writes or chooses for its own website prove nothing, so they will live on a public profile the business cannot edit.

## No borrowed praise on this page

A quote picked by the business, with a first name and a star rating, could have been written by anybody. So none are published here. Once the business has a public Google profile, this page will link straight to it, and the reviews there will be written by customers, good and bad, with no way for the business to remove the ones it does not like.

## Five things you can check for yourself on the day

- The price is agreed with you before any work starts, and does not change without your say.
- You are asked for proof that the door, car or safe is yours.
- The latch and the cylinder are tried before any drill comes out.
- You are given an honest estimate of the drive, not a promise of minutes.
- On a break-in, you get a written note of the damage for the insurer.

If any of those does not happen, say so: it is the standard this business sets itself. More on how the work is done is on [the about page](https://locksmithsanjuandealicante.es/about/), and ways to get in touch are on [the contact page](https://locksmithsanjuandealicante.es/contact/).

## Ring before you need us, and judge the answer

The way the phone is answered tells you most of what you need to know.
